Most export orders follow the same route. You deal with one person from first list to shipped load.

Tell us the lines, quantities and destination. A rough list is fine; we'll fill the gaps.
Get a priced offer
We confirm availability, best before dates, pallet count and a price on your chosen Incoterm.
Confirm and pay
Agree the offer and payment terms. Stock is allocated to your order and booked for loading.
We load and document
Pallets are built, wrapped and labelled, or cases hand loaded to maximise the container. Paperwork goes with the load.
Shipped
Your container leaves on the agreed date, with tracking and copies of all documents sent to you.
Incoterms we ship on
- EXWEx Works
- You collect from our warehouse and arrange the rest, including UK export clearance.
- FCAFree Carrier
- We clear the goods for export and hand them to your nominated carrier. Usually the better choice than EXW.
- FOBFree On Board
- We deliver to the UK port and load onto your vessel. Sea freight only.
- CIFCost, Insurance and Freight
- We pay freight and insurance to your destination port. Risk passes to you once loaded.
- DAPDelivered At Place
- We deliver to your named address, ready to unload. You handle import duties and clearance.
Paperwork, handled
We prepare the documents your market asks for and send copies before the load leaves. Relabelling and stickering for local language requirements can be arranged before dispatch.
